January Exam Schedule

Students who have conflicting exams are asked to come to the office to see Mr. Stroh.
In preparation for Semester 1 high school final exams, we encourage parents and students to review the document entitled Exam Rules for Students. This document outlines exam rules and expectations. It is imperative that students know their birthdate and Alberta Student Number. This document can also be found using the link above.
QEHS School Council

Schulich Leader Scholarships
The deadline to apply for the Schulich scholarship is fast approaching. Any grade 12 students who are planning to enroll in an eligible STEM program at a Canadian University are encouraged to apply. Please provide a written description of why you would be a good candidate and bring to student services or email directly to Ms. Brock at clbrock@cbe.ab.ca Deadline: Friday, January 24. Grade 7 Art
The grade 7 students will be working with collage as a medium next term so we would love to have any more
recent magazines that you would like to donate. Please have them contained in a bag or box and drop them off at the main office.
Fashion
The fashion students are hard at work creating various projects and we would greatly appreciate any fabric donations or sewing supplies that you are no longer using that you could donate to the program. Please drop any donations to the front office. A big thank you to those who have been kind enough to donate already!

GATE Parents Association
Calling all GATE Parents! Request for Casino Volunteers The GPA Casino Fundraising Event is taking place on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7 at Pure Casino (1420 Meridian Rd NE). This is our most important fundraising event, which allows us to support the four GATE schools.
