Dear QEHS Parents and Guardians,
Congratulations to our debate team in competing in back-to-back tournaments last weekend at the Master’s Academy School and College and winning gold on Saturday. QEHS has two students qualified for Speech Provincials, and they are busy preparing for their upcoming competition. Good luck to the three Debate teams participating in a pre-regional's tournament this weekend!
Also, thank you to our grade 9 leadership students for their community outreach work connecting seniors at the Bethany Care Centre and kindergarten students from Queen Elizabeth School. Our students hosted an afternoon tea with art activities and snacks for all ages. Thank you, Knights, for being exceptional leaders and citizens!
Stay warm this weekend.
With gratitude,
Jennifer Edmondson-Neily
Principal

Grad Committee Bottle Drive Fundraiser
Please support our 2026 graduating class. We will be collecting refundable bottles and cans at school every day! Students can drop off their bottle donations at the front entrance into the Grad Recyclables Bin. Thank you! This means a lot to our future graduates.
Refundables can also be dropped off at Bowness Bottle Depot @ 4627 16 Ave NW. Please say you are donating to the Queen Elizabeth High School Fundraiser and our friends at Bowness Bottle Depot will apply 100% of the bottles donated to the Grad Committee.
Thank you! This means a lot to our graduates.
