Dear QEHS Parents and Guardians,
As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we kindly ask you to complete our Enrolment Intentions Form in SchoolEngage. This form lets us know whether your child will be:
· Returning to Queen Elizabeth High School
· Attending another school within the Calgary Board of Education
· Attending a school outside of the Calgary Board of Education
School locations listed may not be accurate for students who are attending or may be attending specialized classes. Information on these school designations will be provided as student placements are confirmed in the coming months. Our specialized classes include: DHH, GATE, RISE and The Class.
Having accurate enrolment information helps us plan staffing, classroom organization, and resources to best support our students. We recognize plans may not be finalized for the 2026-27 school year. Regardless, we ask you to complete the form based on current information and intentions. Completion of the form is not considered a firm commitment.
The Enrollment Intentions form is completed in SchoolEngage. SchoolEngage is one of the applications found in your MyCBE account. This is the same account you use to pay fees, view academic information, book school conferences, etc.
If you do not have a MyCBE account, on the MyCBE page click on Create a MyCBE
Account. For online help, refer to MyCBE - Creating an Account (includes instructions and a video). To complete the Enrolment Intentions Form:
1 | sign in to your MyCBE account
2 | click on the SchoolEngage icon
3 | select the Enrolment Intentions form
4 | complete the form
5 | click on Submit to send the form electronically to the school

Drama Production
THE BREAKFAST CLUB - The '80s come to life in the QE Theatre! This year's high school play is a stage adaptation of the classic 1986 film about five teens from different social circles being forced to spend a Saturday detention together. The content of this performance is PG 13. Shows are April 28-30, starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students. Please contact Mr. Sword at pssword@cbe.ab.ca if you'd like to reserve seats ahead of time.
Grad Committee Bottle Drive Fundraiser!
Please support our 2026 graduating class! We will be collecting refundable bottles and cans at the school every day. Students can drop off their bottle donations at the front entrance into the Grad Recyclables Bin.

QEHS Band Fundraiser and Meeting
If you love coffee (or tea) and our Queen Elizabeth High School Band program - this is your chance to show your support and get some great beverages! They offer regular, decaf and espresso beans, as well as a variety of teas, including Early Grey and Arabian Mint.

We are expecting buyers can pick up their order in May at the school, but will be sure to let you know! Some of the coffee bags will have our QEHS band program logo on them, so they'd make great gifts or mementos.
