High School Timetables & Course Change Reminders

Please read the information below carefully to understand how to request timetable changes and register for online courses. We are unable to process requests by email, so it’s important to follow the steps outlined here.

Viewing Your Schedule

You can view your schedule in MyCBE (or the PowerSchool Mobile App) starting August 18, 2025. Schedules are not finalized until Monday, September 1, as changes may still occur due to teacher assignments, class balancing, or new registrations.

We recommend taking a screenshot of your schedule the evening of September 1 to use on the first day of classes — schedules will not be printed.

Requesting Timetable Changes

Students may request changes using the online Timetable Change Request Form available August 18–28 (except for "see counsellor")

Due to limited space, changes will only be considered for:

• Core class imbalances
• Missing pre-requisites
• Missing graduation requirements
• Summer school results
• Course sequencing

We are unable to make changes based on teacher preference, semester preference, or peer requests. Option changes can only be made if space is available.

Students with “See Counsellor” in their schedule must not use the form. These students will be prioritized for in-person support in Student Services from 1:00–4:00 PM on August 27–29.

Accessing Your Schedule

New to MyCBE? Parents, legal guardians and independent students can create a MyCBE account to access the class schedule before the first day of classes. Instructions on how to create an account can be found in Technical Support for Students & Parents > MyCBE. To use the PowerSchool Mobile App, you will need a district code to sign in to your account - you can find it in the MyCBE Account (hint: D **T),

New students can log in during school photos on August 27–28.
